Senior .Net Developer

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Senior .Net Developer who has a background in crafting mission-critical applications.

Your role will involve assisting our clients in the examination, design, execution, and testing of Microsoft solutions for both national and international organizations.

Working closely with your Project Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring the quality of the solutions you create.

In the capacity of a .NET consultant, you will oversee the scope and quality of your own development tasks, offer guidance to fellow engineers on demanding projects, or even lead a team of developers, all while maintaining responsibility for the comprehensive integration of the solution.

Responsibilities

• Execute development tasks based on provided specifications.
• Support the project manager in the estimation process.
• Take ownership of delivering high-quality results within established timeframes and budget constraints.
• Commit to delivering developments as per agreed-upon schedules.
• Provide technical recommendations in cases of non-SLA compliance and manage problem resolution.
• Resolve production issues in accordance with SLAs.
• Participate in project launches and releases.
• Identify and report risks associated with your tasks and propose mitigating actions.
• Assess the effort required for code changes.

Desired Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• Experience in software engineering and development.
• Proficiency in general best practices and design patterns.
• Excellent understanding of Agile Methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework/Core/.Net 6+.
• Fluency in either C#.
• Familiarity with Web-based Workloads, including ASP.NET (Core), SignalR, WCF, and gRPC.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS frameworks (such as Bootstrap), and JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular/React).
• Experience with MS SQL Server. Familiarity with Entity Framework.
• Competency in data modeling (UML, ER diagrams, etc.).
• A plus: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• A plus: Knowledge of SharePoint/Power Platform.
• A plus: Knowledge of Desktop workloads (WPF/Winforms).
